Weird news: Apple iPhones, HTC, sex and silence…

 Silent shouting at your iPhone:

An inventor has created a gadget that translates facial muscle movement into speech. The prototype on display at the CeBIT trade show uses an attractive array of nine electrodes that are stuck to a user's face.

Silent shouting 2:

In a much slicker package, the NuroSky headset also offers an alternative to boring physical touch operation, by harnessing brainwaves to operate PCs, etc. Let's just hope it's better than speech-to-text was when it first launched.

HTC responds:

We had to include this photoshopped 'response' from HTC to the Apple patent case. For more legal wrangles from the last few years, check our famous Tech lawsuits feature.

Hustler comes to the iPhone:

Leaping aboard the 'sexy apps ban' bandwagon, the Hustler crew immediately fired up a 'optimised for Apple iPhone' site, and called it an app. Cunning,eh?

COD epic fail:

There's the good, the bad, and the remorselessly dire. Feel smug while watching this excellent fail-montage of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Wedding game win?

It's normally a serious business getting married, but one German couple made it into a game - literally. The couple handed prospective guests a Super Mario-style platform puzzler. Lucky winners got the wedding venue details...
