The news that Opera mini is coming soon to Iphone OS was buzzing the tech world few days back. The need for a better browser than the default Apple browser Safari , is already due. More than that, Apple not supporting flash in their browser was getting mixed reactions from users around the globe.Well, Opera is introducing flash support in their latest offering for windows mobile platform the Opera Mobile 10 Beta 3.
This latest version for windows mobile includes a hidden support for Flash which allows you to browse flash content well within your browser. Background sound support is also a notable feature of this version. Maybe once its out of Beta version we will see them officially announcing the flash support. As of now, the flash support is not enabled by default , you will have to do it by going to Tools > Settings > Advanced and setting plug-ins to “On”.
You can download the Beta version from by visiting m.opera.com/mobile on your mobile browser. Alternatively you can also download it to your PC and then do an OTA install.
UPDATE : Flash is only supported on touch devices.
