Want to Make the Bing Maps Platform Better? Now’s Your Chance

The Bing Maps team wants to hear from you on how they can make the new Maps Platform even better. For consumers, the Maps team has already added a number of new features over the past few months including map embeds and draggable routes, Streetside views and Photosynth integration, local events and destination maps, and lets not forget Bing Map Apps which lets you add new layers with things like Twitter Maps, Urban Murals, and Live Traffic views.

But consumers aren’t the only users of Bing Maps – businesses, too, use the platform in a number of different ways, including integrations with external websites, as a visualization tool for in-house data, as an asset-tracking platform for managing the flow of inventory, fleets, deliveries, and a lot more.

So what should the Bing Maps platform team focus on next?  Now’s the time to speak up and tell them. “You want a WPF control? How about multi-modal routing?” asks Chris Pendleton on the Bing Maps blog. All you have to do is take this survey and let them know.
