Managing email is one of the most challenging jobs for a web worker. You get almost dozens of emails every morning and it takes away your precious amount of time to sort them and find which email is important and which is not.
SenderOk can sort and filter email in three broad categories – VIP, important and routine. It learns from your emailing habits and automatically sets rules so that you don’t have to create another filter and sort messages into labels or folders.
SenderOk is compatible with Gmail, Google Apps, Yahoo and Hotmail. The application also supports desktop email clients such as Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 and there is no limit on the number of email accounts that you want to add. (Note: SenderOk doesn’t work with Outlook 2010).
Installing and Using SenderOk
Once you have installed the program, you have to add all the email accounts that you own.
Wait some time while SenderOk indexes your email messages. Once that’s done, you are ready to receive priority reports of important email on your desktop.
Right click the system tray icon and select “Show priority unread mail”. The application displays the current unread count of all your email accounts as shown below:
As illustrated, SenderOk has found four VIP emails in Hotmail and 7 routine emails in Yahoo mail. So you can skip checking email at Yahoo and sort out what needs immediate attention.
Recover important emails from Spam: SenderOk can recover important email from spam and move them to the inbox automatically. You never have to check the spam folder again and again to see whether you missed something important.
Browser integration: You can install the SenderOk browser extension for Google Chome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer from SenderOk settings panel.

SenderOk solves the problem of sorting out important email at a glance. The best thing about SenderOk is that you do not have to use separate notifiers for Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail. I would love to see more custom labels being integrated in the upcoming versions because only three categories is not enough.
