I received below error when trying to create a CDN profile for my WordPress website.
In order to create this CDN profile, please ensure that Microsoft.CDN is listed as a registered Resource Provider in your Azure subscription

I had to enable Microsoft.Cdn as a resource provider within my active PAYG subscription
Subscriptions > Resource Provides > Enable Microsoft.Cdn
