Take the latest release. -Download Busybox from the Android Market. -Download one of the release/custom rom here : forum.xda-developers.com -Download Xrecovery here : forum.xda-developers.com -Extract the 3 files of the folder that you download. Copy on SD Card. – Boot your X8 and use Root Explorer to remount /system rw – copy the content of the package (3 files) into /system/bin folder – Quit and connect your phone to USB and place your custom rom folder in Xrecovery/Backup on your SD Card. Restart your X8 … -Press Back button to access to Xrecovery -Back Up with xrecovery -Select restore in Xrecovery and select the folder with the custom rom. -Wait.
