Acer developing a superslim frameless laptop

 

The machine, according to DigiTimes, would dispense with the display frame by printing colours directly onto the back of the display's reinforced glass substrate from Corning. And it could be out as early as later this year.

And yes we're all still wonder about touchscreen keyboards over the tactile variety but just think about how the iPhone changed minds about QWERTY-less smarties - could the iPad do the same for bigger devices?
