I have bought a simple MP3/WMA player for my son. It appears as a sync-able
device on my XP home desktop but not on my son’s Vista Home Premium laptop.
Both machines are running Media Player 11.0.6002.18065. The device itself
(recognized as a disk drive by both OS’s) is a Grundig MPaxx USB Device (as
stated in Device Manager). I’ve tried various solutions including MS’s to no
avail. Any help in getting Vista HP and WMP11 to recognize it would be
greatly appreciated.
