Following in the fashionista footsteps of the LG Prada and the Giorgio Armani phone, Versace is set to release its first ever range of luxury mobile phones.
The Italian designers have signed a worldwide joint license agreement with ModeLabs Group for the ‘design, manufacture and distribution’ of what would be Versace’s first foray into the mobile phone market.

ModeLabs Group are the company responsible for bringing to life handsets for Christian Dior and luxury watchmakers Tag Heuer.
There’s no details on specs the Versace phone is likely to be packing, but we can imagine it will be carrying the kind of price tag that should see it only suitable for the lucrative pockets of the Premier League’s finest.
A Spring 2010 launch is scheduled for the first of Versace’s luxury range of phones which will be available through its flagship stores and exclusive retail partners.
