Re-size issue

when watching tv, (live or recorded) if i try to minimize or resize the mc
window to surf the web say during a commercial or whatever, when i maximize
again the playback freezes. I can’t get the media center to do anything until
i close the program and re-open it. any ideas on how to fix this? I think it
started around the time I updated to service pack 3. I have found a supposed
fix for this issue in the vista mc download area but nothing listed for the
xp me version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
