If you have noticed every major version of Linux OS, Mac OS or Windows are given specific code name for e.g latest version of Linux Ubuntu is Lucida Lynx similarly latest version of Mac OS is Snow Leopard. Similarly every new version of Google Android OS is named in alphabetical order.
Google Android OS has become one of most important mobile operating system, Google Android OS has been following alphabetical naming conversion with Cupcake, Donut, Eclair and Froyo name of previous android OS release.
Now its turn of latter “g” and apparently name of next version of Android codename is already leaked out and will be called as ‘Gingerbread’. Next comes latter “h” so any guess what will be name of next Android OS release.
Android Gingerbread will have Linux kernel 2.6.33 or 2.6.34, rest of the details like what’s new in this build is not available yet.
