You got two options here:
1. Kill Non-followers – Selecting this option will delete your friends who are not following you back
2. Kill All Friends – Selecting this option will delete All of your friends on twitter whether they are following you or not.
This is a really good tool to delete your friends in Bulk and that too automatically.
