Such a cool promotion by Chevrolet, the idea revolves around a Japanese car manufacturer that sends 2 researchers to the Middle East to find out why more people here are choosing Chevy  instead of their cars, not the kind of car promotions we usually see here in this part of the world, I mean you can describe it in many ways; it’s fun, entertaining, fresh, engaging, and most importantly web-oriented!

To begin with, you gotta love the two characters; Hiroshi and Osamu, two cool Japanese dudes touring the Middle East to test Chevy’s vehicles, you can know what they like, Osamu likes Burgers and American food, while Hiroshi loves Shawerma! So they’ve introduced two alive characters, each has his own personality, you can follow them on twitter – just hit their names above to see what they are tweeting about, and you can follow what they’re are up to on their facebook page, over the past couple of weeks they’ve been adding photos and videos of their activities, that explains the 6,000+ facebook fans, and I’m one of them!

The beauty of the campaign continues with a series of funny TV commercials, each shows testing results of a certain feature where Chevy excels! I just love the one above about safety :D You can check more TVC by visiting the office in the website.

Talking interactive? The promotion is engaging, beside the whole social aspect, which is great, you can be part of their mission by answering few questions to win a 2010 Camaro, of courses the answers are embedded within the website and the TVCs, so the more you browse the more likely you’ll answer the questions right. You can also browse their models, get a 360° view, download a brochure, and book a test drive.
