GTA IV DLC heading to PS3 in March

Rockstar has announced that the hitherto Xbox 360-only episodes for GTA IV will be made available to PS3 and PC gamers in March.

 

Both The Lost And The Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony will be available to buy for the PS3 as a single disc purchase or through two separate downloads on the PlayStation Network in March. The PC version will also be available through Games for Windows where LIVE players "can enjoy 32-player multiplayer  matches."

The reported $50 million exclusivity deal that Microsoft had agreed with Rockstar to make the Xbox 360 the only place to play the extra episodes from Liberty City Stories appears to have run out, enabling other platforms to indulge in the latest GTA action.

 

Rockstar's Sam Houser commented on the arrival of of the GTA IV DLC on the PS3 and the PC saying, "We appreciate the patience of our PlayStation 3 and PC fans worldwide, and we look forward to putting the games in your hands this March."

 

UK pricing for the GTA IV DLC are yet to be confirmed, but we'll let you know how much the extra episodes will cost when we do find out.
