You will be surprised to read Apple did actually release new firmware iPhone 3.1.3 OS for iPhone 3G/3GS and iPod Touch today.
As usual jailbreakers and unlockers must stay away from iPhone 3.1.3 OS. Simply turn on your itunes and connect iPhone 3G/3Gs to Update to firmware 3.1.3. iPhone 3.1.3 OS seems to be minor update aimed to improve battery life and couple of bug fixes.
