I would like to sort my Contacts by Last Name but have been unable to do
this correctly. The will sort in DESCENDING order but there are 36
Contacts at the end which are sorted in random order.

All I want is to have my contacts listed in alphabetical order by Last
Name and in Descending order. I don’t understand why that is so
difficult.
Any help will be appreciated.
