I running Win98 2e. I using IE 6 And I want to up grage to IE 8 I chose
the systems 2008 option ( not 64 bit )
However after down loading it said IE8 WINDOWAVISTA- Y86enu EXE File is
linled to missing export nt dll.dll nt open process token I tried 3x and
still cant open IE 8
